GMB stands for Google My Business, which is a free service offered by Google that let’s people claim their business on Google. We use the latest and best practices when it comes to stopping robot spam, especially from contact forms on websites. We use RECAPTCHA, a service by Google.

We use a state-of-the art technology called ‘CDN Technology’, which stands for Cloud Delivery Network. With Cloud Delivery Network, your website is hosted on multiple cloud servers around the world, so when someone visits your website, they’re served a copy that’s hosted on a server that’s closest to their physical location. DDoS Protection

A lot of web severs get constantly hit with a DDoS Attack, or 'Distributed Denial-of-Service' Attack. This type of attack has the capability to take down web servers, therefore taking down your website for minutes, hours and perhaps days at a time. Our state-of-the art web servers try to minimize these attacks as much as possible, although there's no way to eliminate them as they could be manually or automatically done. But even if an attack like this was to happen on our servers, your website will still be accessible thanks to the cloud technology, which means that a copy of your website would be served from a different server hosted somewhere else.

Manual Inspections

We're constantly doing manual visual checks on all of our websites to make sure everything is working as it should.

Malware Protection

Just like personal computers can get infected by malware, so can the hosting servers. Fortunately, our state-of-the art hosting servers do a great job to combat malware. But if for some reasons malware does get in the servers, rest assured it gets removed instantly, and your website never gets affected.

Uptime Monitoring

We use a service called uptimerobot.com that checks websites every 1 minute to make sure that the website is online. Websites are checked from multiple locations. If something goes wrong, and the website doesn't appear online, we get a notification right away, so we can quickly investigate the issue and bring the website back. We also notify you about every single incident, which by the way happen very rarely. We use hosting and servers have never had an outage, to date.

Cloud Hosting

All of our websites are hosted on super fast loading cloud servers by Amazon Web Services. This means more security, realiability and faster loading times for you.

Overnight Maintenance

When we do changes and maintenance on your website, we always schedule this work for nights in order to minimize the down-time of your website. After all, we're an owl 😉

Daily Backups

If something ever happens to your website, we can roll it back at any point in the past 30 days.
